Un agente dell'Interpol sta dando la caccia a Rudolph, potente boss della droga, e alla sua banda. Durante un'azione contro i malviventi la moglie dell'agente rimane uccisa. Ha così inizio una spietata lotta senza esclusione di colpi tra i due avversari, che si conclude a Hong Kong.
